Excel 2000
By default, Microsoft Internet Explorer will open Microsoft Excel pages within the browser window. Some users may wish to open the file and instead save the file to the hard drive and later open it with Excel.
Solution:
Microsoft Windows 98 / Windows ME
Open My Computer, Click on the drop down menu View and click on the option Folder Options; click on the tab File Types and in the Registered file types box choose the icon that says Microsoft Excel Worksheet. Check the box in the new window that says "Confirm open after download", Uncheck "Browse in same window", Click Ok.
Microsoft Windows 2000 / Windows XP
Open Control Panel, Click on Tools, Open Folder Options, Click File Types, Locate "XLS Microsoft Excel Worksheet", and click the Advanced button. Check the box that says "Confirm open after download", Uncheck "Browse in same window", Click Ok.
All forms are available in PDF (Portable Document Format) to make them available to users on different platforms. Some documents are also offered in Excel format. To view and print PDF files, you will need to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader which is .
If the application description is followed by the word packet, several forms are required for the process and all necessary forms are included. If you are having problems downloading an Excel form from our site and are using Microsoft Office 2000, you may need to download Service Release 1-a from Microsoft.

** The Excel version of the CPE Reporting form allows you to enter the data on your computer. It will automatically calculate the total credits. You can then print the form and sign it before submitting to the Board office by the deadline of January 31st (forms e-mailed by the January 31st deadline will be considered submitted timely).
